Salvador Serra is a family construction company, established in 1977, located in Porqueres where it has its offices, workshop and concrete plant. The Expert Line team was responsible for the design and planning of the office management space. A 215m² space that includes 7 management offices, an informal meeting area with a sofa and 2 armchairs, a high table with a custom-made built-in office, a directional meeting room for 10 people and 1 bathroom.

The choice of materials such as oak wood, taupe lacquered moldings on the partitions, wood and stone flooring and gray and green upholstery, make the management area an elegant, modern and warm space. Expert Line, with its own team of operators, has carried out the integral construction of the space on a turnkey basis.

All the furniture is in natural oak wood, the tables are the Lottus Wood model by Enea with rounded edges to obtain a more organic aesthetic, the confidant chairs are the Kayak by Enea with legs and outer curved casing in natural wood from oak and upholstered interior seat and back. In the common areas, circular suspended lamps of various diameters from the Artemide brand have been installed, and in the offices they have been equipped with a table lamp with a round bulb, model Castore by Artemide and a hanger to match the furniture Enea's Caddy model.
